Customs and Border Protection. If Buyer is the purchaser under this Contract, Seller agrees to participate in such program or to adhere to C-TPAT equivalent standards. Xxxxxx agrees to take no action that will jeopardize Buyer’s C-TPAT status.
Customs and Border Protection. The parties agree that it is important to redouble industry efforts to regain the customs examination work recently outsourced to non-USMX-XXX contractors.
