Transfer Documents definition

Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Transfer Documents means: (i) the form of transfer under the Land ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ required to transfer title in the Land to the Buyer; and (ii) any other document to be signed by the Seller necessary for stamping or registering the transfer;

Transfer Documents means, collectively, the various Contracts and other documents entered into and to be entered into to effect the transfer of Assets and the assumption of Liabilities in the manner contemplated by this Agreement (including as contemplated by the Reorganization Step Plan) or otherwise relating to, arising out of or resulting from the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (other than the Ancillary Agreements), each of which shall be in such form and dated as of such date as Dover shall determine in its sole discretion.
Transfer Documents means the endorsements and allonges to Notes, Assignment and Lost Instrument Affidavits (if applicable), assignments, deeds and other documents of assignment, conveyance or transfer required under any applicable Law to evidence the transfer to the Company of the Loans, the Collateral Documents and the Initial Member’s rights with respect to the Loans and the Collateral.
