Clearance requirement. It is anticipated that some of the work will require a Top-Secret Security Clearance. Having the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance is a requirement for all staff and management working on these projects. Work Location Work requiring a Security Clearance will be performed on-site at ORNL. All other work will be performed off-site; however, Seller's personnel must be able to attend weekly meetings on-site at ORNL, as well as meetings that may be scheduled with as little as one day's notice. Computers, Network Access Work requiring a Security Clearance will be performed on Company-provided computers. All other work will be performed on Seller-provided computers, which will be given access to the portions of the Company's internal network that are required to perform the work. This will be managed by existing Company information technology procedures. Labor Categories The direct labor categories, required experience, educational requirements, and job descriptions that the Company anticipates will be required for performance of the work are listed on Attachment A-Labor Categories and Job Descriptions/Experience/Educational Requirements to this agreement.   • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS CONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of California Education Code section 44237, 35021.1, 35021.2, and 56366.1 including, but not limited to: obtaining clearance from both the California Department of Justice (hereinafter referred to as “CDOJ”) and clearance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (hereinafter referred to as "FBI") for CONTRACTOR’s employees and volunteers, unless CONTRACTOR determines that the volunteers will have no direct contact with students. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees that CONTRACTOR’s employees and volunteers, unless CONTRACTOR determines that the volunteers will have no direct contact with students shall not come in contact with students until CDOJ and FBI clearance are ascertained. CONTRACTOR shall certify in writing to LEA that none of its employees, and volunteers, unless CONTRACTOR determines that the volunteers will have no direct contact with students, or contractors who may come into contact with students have been convicted of a violent or serious felony as those terms are defined in California Education Code section 44237(h), unless despite the employee’s conviction of a violent or serious felony, he or she has met the criteria to be eligible for employment pursuant to California Education Code section 44237 (i) or (j). Contractor shall certify to LEA that they have successful background checks and enrolled in subsequent arrest notification service for all employees who may come into contact with students. Notwithstanding the restrictions on sharing and destroying criminal background check information, CONTRACTOR, upon demand, shall make available to the LEA evidence of a successful criminal background check clearance and enrollment in subsequent arrest notice service, as provided, for each owner, operator, and employee of the NPS/A. CONTRACTOR is required to retain the evidence on-site, as specified, for all staff, including those licensed or credentialed by another state agency. Background clearances and proof of subsequent arrest notification service as required by California Penal Code section 11105.2 for all staff shall be provided upon request.

  • SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS ‌ The OCO must tailor security requirements (both facility and employee), clauses, provisions, and other applicable terms and conditions specific to each task order’s solicitation and award. Only those Contractors that meet the required security clearance levels on individual task order solicitations are eligible to compete for such task orders. In general, all necessary facility and employee security clearances shall be at the expense of the Contractor. In some cases, Government offices that conduct background investigations do not have a means for accepting direct compensation from Contractors and instead charge customer agencies for the background investigations. In these cases, the Contractor shall be flexible in establishing ways of reimbursing the Government for these expenses. The individual task order should specify the terms and conditions for reimbursement, if any, for obtaining security clearances. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements in task orders awarded under XXXXX.

  • Insurance Requirement A. General Provisions Applying to All Policies

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Compliance Requirements K. If using volunteers as provided for in this Contract during FY19, which encompasses the Contract term of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, then the Grantee must either:

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non‐renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing. Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that when Vendor or its subcontractors are liable for any damages or claims, Vendor’s policy, shall be primary over any other valid and collectible insurance carried by the Member or TIPS. General Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate Automobile Liability: $300,000 Includes owned, hired & non‐owned Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits for the jurisdiction in which the Vendor performs under this Agreement. If Vendor performs in multiple jurisdictions, Vendor shall maintain the statutory limits for the jurisdiction with the greatest dollar policy limit requirement.   • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • INSURANCE REQUIREMENT REVIEW Grantee agrees to periodic review of insurance requirements by Agency under this Agreement and to provide updated requirements as mutually agreed upon by Grantee and Agency.

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.
