Apprentice Technicians. Apprentices shall receive the following rates of pay in each year of their Apprenticeship Program. 1st Year Apprentice $12.50 2nd Year Apprentice $14.50 3rd Year Apprentice $16.50 4th Year Apprentice $18.50 Apprentice Tech Program Any Apprentice Tech who is in the program as of the date of ratification of this Collective Agreement, and has already exceeded the 4th year in the program without obtaining their license, has one (1) year from the date of ratification to complete the requirements of the Apprentice Tech program and obtain their license or they shall be disqualified from continuing further in the program. The Apprentice Tech shall keep an accurate log of the duties performed and submit it to management for signature upon completion of each module. Management will be required to sign off on the book upon satisfactory completion of the module.
Apprentice Technicians. Achieving Journeyperson Status
Apprentice Technicians. Effective upon the date of this Collective Agreement, all Apprentice Technicians who have not completed one (1) year as an Apprentice Technician shall earn a gross hourly wage equal to 45% of the wage rate applicable to Technicians. Effective upon the date of this Collective Agreement, all Apprentice Technicians who have successfully completed one (1) year as an Apprentice Technician shall earn a gross hourly wage equal to 60% of the wage rate applicable to Technicians. Effective upon the date of this Collective Agreement, all Apprentice Technicians who have successfully completed two (2) years as an Apprentice Technician shall earn a gross hourly wage, on a flat rate basis, that is equal to 70% of the wage rate applicable to Technicians. Under no circumstances shall an Apprentice earn less than a gross hourly wage (not on a flat-rate basis) equal to 70% of the wage rate applicable to Technicians, with respect to hours worked by the Apprentice. Effective upon the date of this Collective Agreement, all Apprentice Technicians who have successfully completed three (3) years as an Apprentice Technician shall earn a gross hourly wage, on a flat rate basis, that is equal to 85% of the wage rate applicable to Technicians. Under no circumstances shall an Apprentice earn less than a gross hourly wage (not on a flat-rate basis) equal to 85% of the wage rate applicable to Technicians, with respect to hours worked by the Apprentice. Apprentices shall progress through the pay ratios set out above upon successful completion of each Apprentice year. Upon receipt of their Certificate of Qualification, the Apprentice shall receive the Technician's rate. Premier Express Services When two technicians are performing services through the Mercedes-Benz Premier Express Program or similar services, each technician shall receive his/her respective flat hourly rate. However, each technician shall receive 1/2 of the total flat rate hours produced while the technicians are performing the Premier Express Services. Premier Express Services shall be rotated among all technicians employed by the Company. New Technician Classifications The Union agrees to meet with the Company upon request to discuss new classifications and wage rates for technicians in the event Mercedes Benz Canada mandates new technician classifications during the term of this Agreement.   • Apprentice Wages (a) Apprentices’ rates of pay are set out in Appendix B which includes the description of the calculations.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).
