Additional Installation Services. With respect to sales of Product Line products that have been shipped and invoiced by Carsen on or before July 31, 2006 but not installed by said date, CM agrees to assume responsibility for the product installation and in-service requirements. Carsen will reimburse CM for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by CM for such product installation and in-service work performed. In addition, Carsen will pay CM a fee to be mutually agreed upon for such work, to be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the time expended by CM and the nature of the service provided.

Additional Installation Services. (a) At the request of Customer, Winstar shall move any Installed Equipment from its place of installation to any Eligible Location or to its designated inventory storage facilities. Winstar will treat all such moves as a "move, add, change, or delete" ("MACD").
Additional Installation Services. 9.1 During the installation of the Solar System, SkyGreen may advise the Customer of unforeseen Additional Installation Services that have not been included in the Price for the Standard Installation Services, but which are reasonably required to complete the installation of the Solar System, and were not known, or could not have reasonably been known, by SkyGreen prior to commencing the installation of the Solar System. This may include those matters described in clause 8.2.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Lending Installations Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation.   • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug.
