Acquisition Services means those Services in respect of potential and consummated Acquisitions.

Acquisition Services means any of the following: finding the target hotel; analyzing historical target hotel financial information; introducing HHG to hotel sellers, hotel equity participants, and hotel lenders; negotiating the sales price or terms of an acquisition; preparing financial projections for the target hotel; negotiating the terms of loans; negotiating the terms of equity participation; developing the business plan or preparing the acquisition financial model; or performing due diligence review of the hotel or related real estate.

More Definitions of Acquisition Services

Acquisition Services means those services provided by Altisource, Altisource’s Affiliates, or referral brokers that facilitate Residential in the acquisition of REO properties.
