Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and the LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.
Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans, its participations in any outstanding Swingline Loans, and its participation in any LC Obligations and any LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or such LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in outstanding Swingline Loans, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or each LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender and each LC Issuer may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in accordance with Article 13, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.
Lending Installations. Each Lender may, subject to Section 3.5, make and book its Loans at any Lending Installation(s) selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation(s) from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation(s) and the Notes, if any, shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of such Lending Installation(s). Each Lender may, by written or telex notice to the Administrative Agent and the applicable Borrower, designate one or more Lending Installations which are to make and book Loans and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
Lending Installations. The Guaranteed Obligations may be booked at any Lending Installation. All terms of this Guaranty apply to and may be enforced by or on behalf of any Lending Installation.
Lending Installations. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.15(E)(i) hereto, each Lender may book its Loans or Letters of Credit at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by written or facsimile notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, designate a Lending Installation through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments and/or payments of L/C Obligations are to be made.

Subject to the provisions of Section 4.6, each Bank may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and each LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs issued by it at any Lending Installation selected by such Bank or such LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans shall be deemed held by the applicable Bank for the benefit of such Lending Installation. Each Bank may, by written or facsimile notice to the Company, designate a Lending Installation through which Loans will be made by it or Facility LCs will be issued by it and for whose account payments on the Loans or payments with respect to Facility LCs are to be made.
Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time, which Lending Installation may include any Affiliate of such Lender or any domestic or foreign branch of such Lender or such Affiliate. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Representative in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it will be issued by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
Lending Installations. Each Lender will book its Loans or Letters of Credit at the appropriate Lending Installation listed on the administrative information sheets provided to the Administrative Agent in connection herewith or such other Lending Installation designated by such Lender in accordance with the final sentence of this Section 2.16. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by written or facsimile notice to the Administrative Agent and the Company, designate a Lending Installation through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments and/or payments of L/C Obligations are to be made.
Lending Installations. Each Lender will book its Loans at the appropriate Lending Installation listed on Schedule 4 or such other Lending Installation designated by such Lender in accordance with the final sentence of this Section 2.18. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Each Lender may, by not less than one days' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers in accordance with Article XIII, designate replacement or additional Lending Installations through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
