Installation Support. Where applicable, the Supplier must provide all the advice, assistance and information reasonably required to enable installation and configuration of Deliverables by a Customer or a third party nominated by the Customer.
Installation Support. Licensor shall provide Licensee with the instructions necessary for the successful installation of the Software.
Installation Support. At no additional charge, PeopleSoft shall provide Licensee with installation support for one copy of the Software in accordance with PeopleSoft's then-current standard installation procedures, up to the number of installation hours set forth in the Schedule. Licensee must use this installation support within six months from the Schedule Effective Date. Any additional installation support requested by Licensee shall be provided at PeopleSoft's then-current Professional Services hourly rate. Licensee shall reimburse PeopleSoft for all reasonable travel and living expenses associated with any installation support.
Installation Support. VAR shall be responsible for the successful installation of the Products. Upon installation, the VAR must ensure that the Customer also registers the product for support directly with EqualLogic.
Installation Support. Upon OEM's written request, Brocade will, at no charge for Brocade's employee's time, assist in installing Products purchased hereunder at the first two (2) customer sites, charging only for reasonable travel and living expenses.

If requested by Tellabs, during the first customer installation of each type of BLC Product sold by Tellabs, Occam shall provide one person on-site to support and train Tellabs, at the applicable rate set forth in Exhibit E, for a period not greater than five (5) business days. Thereafter, Occam shall provide technical support in accordance with its Tier 3 Support obligations as described in this Exhibit C.
Installation Support. 2.1. Installation of the Software is not covered by the license fee and is performed for an extra charge. Nevertheless, you are free to install the Software on your own.

For the fee set forth in the applicable -------------------- Exhibit, Annuncio shall provide Licensee with installation support set forth in that Exhibit, up to the hours therein indicated, for one copy of the Software at a single site in accordance with Annuncio's then-current installation procedures. Any additional installation support requested by Licensee shall be provided at Annuncio's then-current hourly rate. Licensee shall reimburse Annuncio for all reasonable travel and living expenses associated with any installation support.
Installation Support. The Partnership agrees that it will -------------------- provide installation support to ECIS with respect to the Software described on Exhibit A attached. The Partnership will provide one person on-site, at a location determined by ECIS, for up to five (5) consecutive business days for the purpose of installing the Software and training ECIS regarding the use of the Software. Five additional days of support will be available to ECIS, for thirty (30) days following initial installation, ECIS will pay $500 per day per support person plus travel and accommodations with a one-half day one person minimum.
