Maintenance Vendor definition

Maintenance Vendor means the vendor which is under contract with the Parties and the Contract Manager for services for the Common Equipment and the PSAP Equipment identified in a duly executed maintenance agreement.
Maintenance Vendor means a third party who performs the service of duplicating the Software and Documentation on behalf of the Licensee for distribution by Licensee to customers.
Maintenance Vendor means the third party that installs, maintains and removes Customer Devices for Customer.

  • The cost of such maintenance contract shall be set by the Maintenance Vendor.

Related to Maintenance Vendor

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Maintenance Outage means the temporary operational removal of the Facility from service to perform work on specific components of the Facility, at a time when the Facility must be removed from service before the next Scheduled Outage in the interest of safety or the prevention of injury or damage to or undue wear and tear on the Facility or any component thereof.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).
