PRODUCT INSTALLATION. The following Product and Services installation services are provided for the Technical Services fees set forth in Schedule F and apply to production and test environments:

PRODUCT INSTALLATION. 7.1 Miele may arrange for the installation of Miele washing machines, tumble dryers, dish washers, refrigerators and stacking kits delivered to the customer's premises within metropolitan areas of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Palmerston North, provided that the required services are available and no structural work is required ("Miele installation"). 7.2 Fees and charges are applicable for the Miele installation, details of which will be provided by Miele and agreed with the customer prior to any installation. 7.3 Miele recommends that the products be installed in accordance with the Miele installation instructions that accompany each product. If a Miele product is not installed in accordance with the instruction manual, this may affect the Miele warranty offered under clause

PRODUCT INSTALLATION. 8.1 All items bought from uBuyOz/uBuyOz1 should be installed by a qualified & registered trades person, failing to have the item installed by a qualified & registered trades person will void the warranty, failing to have the item installed by a qualified & registered trades person will also void any faulty goods claim. 8.2 No returns, no refunds, no exchanges or no credit will be provided by uBuyOz/uBuyOz1 if the item bought from this online site or from our shop is not installed by a qualified & registered trades person. 8.3 All electrical parts like switches, elements, motors, thermostats, pcb boards and display units must be installed by a qualified & registered trades person (electrician) to qualify for warranty and faulty goods claims, we would require the buyer to provide details (name, phone and registration number) of the qualified & registered trades person before warranty or faulty goods claims are accepted.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION. BioNumerik will ensure that the site is adequately prepared to receive the Products. CRAY will ship the Products at no cost to BioNumerik, install them and run its tests to verify proper installation. The Products shall be installed by CRAY at the times described in Exhibit B hereto. BioNumerik shal1 cooperate and assist with the installation of the Products as reasonably necessary. Upon sixty (60) days notice to BioNumerik, CRAY shall also be permitted to install any modifications to the Products CRAY deems necessary to the proper function of the Products or to achieve the objectives of this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, the parties may agree to the installation of other equipment or software that is additional to the Equipment or Software, or a modification to the Equipment or Software. All such additional equipment or modifications shall be deemed Equipment or Software that is subject to the terms of this Agreement. In addition to the use of the Products and to facilitate BioNumerik's performance of its obligations hereunder, during the term of this Agreement CRAY shall grant BioNumerik access to the CRAY datacenter systems described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, subject to the availability of such systems in CRAY 's datacenter and CRAY s business priorities and needs.

Fees and charges are applicable for such installation, details of which will be provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ and agreed with the customer prior to any installation. 6.2 Miele recommends that the product/s be installed in accordance with the installation instructions that accompany each product. If a Miele product is not installed in accordance with the instruction manual, this may affect the Miele express warranty offered under clause 8. A Miele installation means that the products will installed in accordance with the instruction manual. A request to verify or rectify the installation of a Miele product/s installed by a party other than Miele or a Miele Service Agent will incur a service fee. 6.3 Miele is not liable for any loss or damage to product/s which occurs through installation of the product/s by parties other than Miele or a Miele Service Agent. 6.4 The professional installation of your Miele products through a Miele installation ensures you'll receive all of the benefits listed below: Performance - We ensure the maximum performance from your appliance by installing it right the first time.  Unpacking and preparing appliance(s) for installation (inclusive of the removal of protective film).  Disposal of packaging materials.  Inspection of appliance(s) for any existing damage or defect.  Inspection of facilities before starting.  Installation of Miele stacking kits.  Connection of the appliance(s) to existing electric, and/or water service (Electrical and water inlet’s must be within 1.5m of product).  Insertion of appliance into cavity / niche.  Leveling and securing your appliance.  Testing your appliance to make sure it's performing accurately and provide a functional user demonstration.  Disposal of existing appliances (excluding refrigeration) on request (additional fees / charges apply).

PRODUCT INSTALLATION. Our offer on selected equipment/machines may include installation at client’s site, subject to scheduling at time of order. Such installation does NOT include any civil work, long distance electrical wirings, piping and air system networks. For some equipment/ machines, civil work drawings may be supplied by AYTC to enable the client prepare its site accordingly. • Client shall ensure that the site is readily-prepared, including provision of necessary gate pass (if any), before any installation is to take place. • Clients are encouraged to coordinate the necessary site preparation details and installation schedule with AYTC Sales thru ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ where the need to mention the order confirmation’s reference number is mandatory.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION. Unless otherwise agreed, Supplier shall provide the initial installation of all Product at no additional charge. Installation will include: unpacking, removal of all shipping/packing materials, positioning, connecting to internal utility services, testing, and related necessary services to allow for Acceptance by the Authorized User.
