Subscription Term definition

Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

• During the Subscription Term and subject to the Agreement, Customer can access its Personal Data at any time.

• At the end of the Subscription Term, Customer hereby instructs SAP to delete the Personal Data remaining on servers hosting the Cloud Service within a reasonable time period in line with Data Protection Law (not to exceed six months) unless applicable law requires retention.

Subscription Term means the period during which Customer is entitled to receive the Subscription Service as specified in an Order.
