President/Chief Executive Officer. The Board shall elect one or more individuals to serve as President. In general, each President, subject to the direction and supervision of the Board, shall be the chief executive officer of the Company and shall have general and active management and control of the affairs and business and general supervision of the Company, and the Partnership and its Subsidiaries, and its officers, agents and employees, and shall perform all duties incident to the office of chief executive officer of the Company and such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board. Each President shall have the nonexclusive authority to sign on behalf of the Company any deeds, mortgages, leases, bonds, notes, certificates, contracts or other instruments, except in cases where the execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board or by this Agreement to some other Officer or agent of the Company or shall be required by law to be otherwise executed. In the absence of the Chairman, or the Vice Chairman, if there is one, or in the event of the Chairman’s inability or refusal to act, a President shall perform the duties of the Chairman, and each President, when so acting, shall have all of the powers of the Chairman.
President/Chief Executive Officer. The president/chief executive officer, if one is designated, shall be the chief executive officer of the Company, shall have general and active management of the day-to-day business and affairs of the Company as authorized from time to time by the Member and shall be authorized and directed to implement all orders, resolutions and business plans adopted by the Member.
President/Chief Executive Officer. Unless the Board has designated another person as the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer, the President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. The Chief Executive Officer shall have general charge and supervision of the business of the Corporation subject to the direction of the Board, and shall perform all duties and have all powers that are commonly incident to the office of chief executive or that are delegated to such officer by the Board. The President shall perform such other duties and shall have such other powers as the Board or the Chief Executive Officer (if the President is not the Chief Executive Officer) may from time to time prescribe. In the event of the absence, inability or refusal to act of the Chief Executive Officer or the President (if the President is not the Chief Executive Officer), the Vice President (or if there shall be more than one, the Vice Presidents in the order determined by the Board) shall perform the duties of the Chief Executive Officer and when so performing such duties shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Chief Executive Officer.
President/Chief Executive Officer. Unless the Board otherwise provides, the President of the Company shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with such general executive powers and duties of supervision and management as are usually vested in the office of the Chief Executive Officer, shall carry into effect all directions of the Board, shall sign all notes, agreements or other instruments in writing made and entered into for or on behalf of the Company, shall have general supervision over the business and affairs of the Company, and, shall preside at all meetings of the Membership.
President/Chief Executive Officer. Unless a separate Chief Executive Officer is appointed, the President shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. The Chief Executive Officer shall, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, have general and active control of the affairs and business of the Corporation and general supervision of its officers, officials, employees and agents. In the absence of a Chairman of the Board or Vice Chairman of the Board, he or she shall preside at all meetings of the stockholders, at all meetings of the Board of Directors and any committee thereof of which he or she is a member, unless the Board of Directors or such committee shall have chosen another chairman. He or she shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried into effect, and in addition he or she shall have all the powers and perform all the duties generally pertaining to the office of the Chief Executive Officer of a corporation. If a separate Chief Executive Officer is appointed, the President shall have and perform such duties as otherwise generally pertain to such office and as may be assigned to him or her by the Board of Directors. Subject to the control and direction of the Board of Directors, the President may enter into any contract or execute and deliver any instrument in the name and on behalf of the Corporation.

President/Chief Executive Officer. If any aggrieved party is not satisfied with the written decision at the conclusion of Stage 1 and wishes to proceed further under this grievance procedure, the faculty member or his/her representative shall, within ten (10) working days, file a written appeal of the decision at Stage 1 with the Chief Executive Officer. Copies of the written decision at Stage 2 shall be submitted with the appeal. Within five (5) working days after receipt of the appeal, the Chief Executive Officer, or his duly authorized representative, shall set a date for a hearing and notify the faculty and the Grievance Committee, or its representative, and all other parties in interest of said date. Hearings will be commenced within ten (10) days after issuance of the notice of the meeting date by the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer shall render a decision in writing to the instructor, the Grievance Committee and its representatives within five (5) working days after the conclusion of the hearing.
President/Chief Executive Officer. The services of Executive are exclusive to the Company. Executive will devote substantially all of his business hours to, and make the best use of his energy, knowledge and training in, performing his duties as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company within the general guidelines established by the Board of Directors of the Company as the same may, from time to time, be modified by the Company's Board of Directors. Executive will report to the Board of Directors of the Company and have all the duties normally subscribed to the Chief Executive Officer. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the duties of Executive under this Agreement do not (i) require Executive to relocate his principal office or residence from the Minneapolis/St. Xxxx, Minnesota metropolitan area without the prior written consent of Executive, or (ii) prevent Executive from owning, directly or indirectly, securities of, or otherwise participating in the ownership of, any publicly-owned business, trade, industry or venture. Executive will perform his duties in a competent and professional manner, consistent with that expected of a chief executive officer of the Company.
President/Chief Executive Officer. The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and shall manage the operations of the Corporation to the end that its purposes shall be accomplished. The President shall:
President/Chief Executive Officer. The President/Chief Executive Officer shall directly report to, and shall be subject to the control of, the Board of Managers. The President/Chief Executive Officer shall be the principal executive officer of the Company and have, between meetings of the Board of Managers, the primary supervisory responsibility and authority for the management of the Company, implementation of the policies of the Company, as determined by the Board of Managers, and for the overall management of the property, business and affairs of the Company. The President/Chief Executive Officer shall make all final decisions with respect to the day-to-day business matters of the Company including, without limitation, all decisions with respect to the terms of Company contracts. The President/Chief Executive Officer may sign, with the Secretary or any other proper officer of the Company thereunto authorized by the Board of Managers any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, or other instruments which the Board of Managers has authorized to be executed, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Managers or by this Agreement to some other officer or agent of the Company, or shall be required by law to be otherwise signed or executed.
