Chief Operating Officer. Subject to the powers of the Company Board, the chief executive officer and the president, the chief operating officer of the Company shall have general and active management of the business of the Company. The chief operating officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the president are carried into effect. The chief operating officer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the chief executive officer, the president or the Company Board.
Chief Operating Officer. The Board of Directors may designate a chief operating officer. The chief operating officer shall have the responsibilities and duties as determined by the Board of Directors or the chief executive officer.
Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company and shall see to it that all orders of the Chief Executive Officer are carried into effect.
Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer shall, subject to the control of the Board of Managers and the President, supervise and control the day-to-day administrative affairs of the Company. He or she may sign any contracts or other instruments except those which shall be required by law, by this Agreement or by the Board of Managers or the President to be otherwise signed or executed; and in general shall perform all duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Managers and the President from time to time.
Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer of the Company shall assist the President and Chief Executive Officer in the administration and operation of the Company’s business and general supervision of its policies and affairs.
Chief Operating Officer. A designated Chief Operating Officer located in Mississippi to oversee day-to-day business activities conducted pursuant to this Contract.
Chief Operating Officer. If the Board designates a Chief Operating Officer, such officer shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer. Subject to the foregoing, the Chief Operating Officer shall have direct management responsibility for the general business operations of the Company and the MLP, and he shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be incident to the office, those duties assigned to him by other provisions of this Agreement, and such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to him either directly or indirectly by the Board, the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer or the President. Subject to delegations by the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer may sign or execute, in the name of the Company, all security certificates, deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other documents and instruments, except in cases where the signing or execution thereof shall be required by law or shall have been expressly delegated by the Board or this Agreement to some other officer or agent of the Company.
Chief Operating Officer. If appointed, the Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for the management of the business operations of the Company. The Chief Operating Officer shall perform such other duties and may exercise such other powers as may from time to time by assigned to him by the Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer, if any, shall have such powers and shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to him by the Board.
Chief Operating Officer. 8. That immediately upon the Agreement being fully executed, Xxxx Xxxxx will be removed as the Chief Operating Officer of New Day. Xxxx Xxxxx may retain his minority ownership interest in New Day and may remain employed with New Day, however, he shall not hold any position that would be deemed a “control person” under the NMLS standards or a position in senior management, either by title or by action.
