Chief Operating Officer Sample Clauses

Chief Operating Officer. Subject to the powers of the Company Board, the chief executive officer and the president, the chief operating officer of the Company shall have general and active management of the business of the Company. The chief operating officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the president are carried into effect. The chief operating officer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the chief executive officer, the president or the Company Board.

Chief Operating Officer. The Board of Directors may designate a chief operating officer. The chief operating officer shall have the responsibilities and duties as determined by the Board of Directors or the chief executive officer.

Chief Operating Officer. The chief operating officer shall in general be in charge of all operations of the Corporation and shall direct and administer the activities of the Corporation in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives established by the Chairman, the CEO, the president and the Board of Directors.
