Supply Schedule definition

Supply Schedule means the schedule for supply of product which shall be adhered to for supply as per Clause 5.1.2 unless altered with mutual consent on the basis of the movement /consumption of products, exigencies and other reasons suiting the requirements of TIA and not suiting to the requirements of the supplier.
Supply Schedule means in respect of each Contract Year, the notice of Estimated Annual Capacity for such Contract Year and Estimated Monthly Capacity in respect of each calendar month therein, delivered by the Supplier pursuant to Section 2.4(b).
Supply Schedule means the quantity of gas to be supplied by the Gas Retailer at the Point of Receipt as specified in Schedule 1.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this order and those of the Federal Supply Schedule or Personal Property Rehabilitation Price Schedule contract, the latter will govern.

  • Furthermore, the commercial arrangements for this Contract outlined in the Contract Supply Schedule (including the Charges, and any subsequent changes agreed between us) will be applied to your next billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

  • This final rule amends the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to update and clarify the requirements for use of Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts by eligible non-Federal entities, such as State and local governments.


More Definitions of Supply Schedule

Supply Schedule means the Supply Schedule set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, identifying the schedule for purchase orders of API and the price for such API.
Supply Schedule means the Schedule to the Head Agreement detailing the Goods and/or Services that the Supplier will, on receipt of an Order, supply to an Eligible Customer. Tax Invoice has the meaning given to it in the GST Act. Taxes means taxes, levies, imposts, charges and duties (including, stamp and transaction duties) imposed by any Government Agency, together with any related interest, penalties, fines and expenses in connection with them except if imposed on, or calculated having regard to, the overall net income of the Principal, but excluding GST. Term means the period commencing from the Commencement Date and ending on the date that the Head Agreement deed is terminated or expires.
Supply Schedule shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals.
Supply Schedule means the Schedule detailing the Goods and/or Services that the Supplier will supply to the Customer. Tax Invoice has the meaning given to it in the GST Act. Related to Supply Schedule

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Supply Plan has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
