Equipment Schedule definition

Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.
Equipment Schedule means the equipment schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.

More Definitions of Equipment Schedule

Equipment Schedule means an Equipment Schedule in the form of EXHIBIT B, signed by Lessor and Lessee and incorporating, by reference, the terms and provisions of this Master Lease and the applicable Lease Line Schedule. Each Equipment Schedule shall constitute a separate and independent lease (a "Lease"); the original of such Lease shall consist of the signed Equipment Schedule and a copy of the Master Lease and applicable Lease Line Schedule. Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in this Master Lease have the meanings given to such terms in the applicable Lease Line Schedule or Equipment Schedule, as the case may be.
Equipment Schedule means, with respect to each Lease, the Equipment Schedule attached to and made part of the related Schedule and substantially in the form of Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Equipment Schedule means each sequentially numbered schedule executed by Lessor and Lessee with respect to an Equipment Group.
Equipment Schedule means each separately numbered Equipment Schedule, substantially in the form of either Exhibit A-1 (general Equipment) or Exhibit A-2 (energy services Equipment) hereto, together with the related Payment Schedule.
