From the Commencement Date. CLA shall procure the supply of the Content by the Supply Service to the Licensee in accordance with the Annex subject to the terms and conditions set out below and the Supply Service Terms. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Supply Service Terms and the remainder of this Agreement the latter shall take precedence.

From the Commencement Date the Administering Authority shall permit the Eligible Employees to be or to remain members of the Scheme and to participate as active members of the Fund. From the Commencement Date the Parties shall discuss and agree the particular Services to be carried out by the Contractor. What has been agreed by the Parties, the time estimates for the provision of the particular Services, and the Fee(s) shall be set out in the Specification together with information as to the process that will be used when ordering each Service under the Agreement.
From the Commencement Date. Shell Logistics shall cease laundering employee uniforms and the laundering of the uniforms shall be the responsibility of the employee. Employees will be responsible for ensuring that they present for work in a clean uniform.
