Supply Point means a combination of one or more Meter Points at the same location as set out in the Quotation Document;

Supply Point means a combination of one or more Meter Points at the same location where we are the Registered Supplier in order to be able to provide a Supply to you in accordance with this Deemed Supply Contract;

• We reserve the right to inspect and audit any work carried out at a relevant Supply Point by Your chosen Meter Operator or AMR Service Provider to ensure that such work has been carried out safely.

• However, if another Supplier registers the Supply Point prior to the Termination Date, We may be entitled to charge You a termination fee.

• In making such determination, We may request that You provide reasonable evidence to support any proposed change in occupancy in respect of any relevant Supply Point.

• If You fail to provide Us with evidence, or evidence to our satisfaction, that demonstrates a change in occupancy has occurred (or will occur) then We shall be entitled to refuse acceptance of any notice pursuant to Clause 6.2(a) and You will continue to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and shall be liable for all charges associated with the supply of Gas to the relevant Supply Point.

• We are entitled to charge a termination fee if another supplier registers the Supply Point before the Termination Date or to allow the supply to leave before the Termination Date.

More Definitions of Supply Point

Supply Point shall no longer apply to the Temporary Connection.
