Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.
Service Specifications means the descriptions on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx, or such other address specified by Oracle, that are applicable to the Services under Your order, including any Program Documentation, hosting, support and security policies (for example, Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies), and other descriptions referenced or incorporated in such descriptions or Your order.

CONTRACTOR shall respond to the request in compliance with Attachment A – Service Specifications for Emergency or Scheduled On-Call work, and provide a cost estimate for requested scope of work.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, if Your order with Oracle or Service Specifications applicable to your order for a particular Oracle Cloud Service providesa right to receive a higher amount of Service Credits, then You may receive the Service Credits under the provision which provides for the highest amount of Service Credits to You, but You may not recover Service Credits under multiple provisions for the same event.
The Supplier’s data deletion practices, as well as any applicable retention or archival practices, are described in more detail in the relevant Cloud Services Hosting and Delivery Policies set out in xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/corporate/contracts/cloud- services/hosting-delivery-policies.html and other Service Specifications applicable to the Cloud Services.
On written request, Supplier will produce an exit plan in accordance with the applicable Service Specifications.

The following do not apply to any Oracle Software that is provided by Oracle as part of the Services and governed by the terms of this Agreement: the Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.
Service Specifications means Program Documentation, Service Schedules, Security Statements, and Service Level Warranties if applicable. The Service Specifications describe and govern the Services and are incorporated herein by reference. Online Service Specifications may be made available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/service-specifications or provided upon Customer request. Excluding Service Schedules, NEOGOV may update the Service Specifications to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, Updates and Upgrades, and availability of third-party services.
Service Specifications means the specific terms and conditions applicable to your Products and/or Services; and

Service Specifications means and includes detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the Services and Scope of Work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the Services and Deliverables or any additional specification required to be produced by the Bidder to meet its obligations under this RFP
