Service Specifications definition

Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

Examples of Service Specifications in a sentence

• NEOGOV will not indemnify Customer for any portion of an infringement claim that is based upon the combination of Service or Service Specifications with any products or services not provided by NEOGOV.

• NEOGOV will not indemnify Customer if Customer alters the Service or Service Specifications, or uses it outside the scope of use or if Customer uses a version of the Service or Service Specifications which has been superseded, if the infringement claim could have been avoided by using an unaltered current version of the Services or Service Specifications which was provided to Customer, or if the Customer continues to use the infringing material after the subscription expires.

• Oracle updates to the Services or Service Specifications will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Services Period of Your order.

• Professional Services are subject to the terms of the Professional Services Addendum made available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/service-specifications (the “NEOGOV Site”) and made a part hereof and may be subject to additional terms pursuant to an SOW and Service Specifications describing, if applicable, the work to be performed, fees, and any applicable milestones, dependencies, and other technical specifications or related information.

• In addition to this FSA, the Service Operator shall also comply with the requirements according to the relevant Service Specifications, the Service Operator’s proposals and supplementary information, if any.

Service Specifications means the descriptions on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or such other address specified by Oracle, that are applicable to the Services under Your order, including any Program Documentation, hosting, support and security policies (for example, Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies), and other descriptions referenced or incorporated in such descriptions or Your order.

The following do not apply to any Oracle Software that is provided by Oracle as part of the Services and governed by the terms of this Agreement: the Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

Service Specifications means a detailed description of the Public Passenger Transportation System;

Service Specifications means and includes detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the Services and Scope of Work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the Services and Deliverables or any additional specification required to be produced by the Bidder to meet its obligations under this RFP
