Eligible Customer. (i) Any electric utility (including any Transmission Owner and any power marketer), Federal power marketing agency, or any person generating electric energy for sale for resale is an Eligible Customer under the Tariff. Electric energy sold or produced by such entity may be electric energy produced in the United States, Canada or Mexico. However, with respect to transmission service that the Commission is prohibited from ordering by Section 212(h) of the Federal Power Act, such entity is eligible only if the service is provided pursuant to a state requirement that the Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner offer the unbundled transmission service, or pursuant to a voluntary offer of such service by a Transmission Owner.
Eligible Customer a household that makes application for assistance under LIHEAP is determined eligible for benefits by the State Agency or contractor, and is accepted by the Supplier as an active account.

As used in Part VI, Eligible Customer shall mean only those Eligible Customers that have submitted a Completed Application.

Eligible Customer. Any customer who has purchased VTSL VoIP services from VTSL or a VTSL partner with a minimum 1 year term commitment and is in full compliance with the terms of its VTSL VoIP service contract and meets any specific eligibility criteria set forth in the particular service commitment
Eligible Customer. (i) any electric utility (including the Transmission Provider and any power marketer), a power marketing agency, or any person generating electric energy for sale for resale purposes; and (ii) any retail customer taking unbundled Transmission Service pursuant to a provincial retail access program or pursuant to a voluntary offer of unbundled retail transmission service by the Transmission Provider.
Eligible Customer. “Eligible Customer” means, collectively, the Client, Affiliates of Client and other entities, including public, quasi-public or private entities whom Client deems as entitled to receive the Services under this Agreement. Any Client Affiliate or entity other than the Client wishing to receive the benefits of Vendor’s performance of the Services or provisions of the Deliverables under this Agreement shall be required to execute a an applicable addendum or confirming such entity’s willingness and ability to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Eligible Customer. For purposes of this Agreement, an Eligible Customer is a resident in SCE’s service territory who occupies an existing single-family residential (Domestic Rate) or multi-unit dwelling or mobile home, or is the owner or authorized representative of existing multifamily housing and who may qualify for the 2004-05 Statewide Residential Appliance Recycling Program. Eligible Customers include customers who reside in the SCE’s service territory but who take distribution services from an entity other than SCE. (See Section 7 of this Agreement.)
