More Definitions of Site Development Permit

Site Development Permit means a permit issued through the Public Works Department to proceed with site development.
Site Development Permit. (“SDP”) means a discretionary permit authorizing the physical development or improvement of a site. A Conditional Site Development Permit (“CSP”) is considered after public notice and through a required public hearing, and if approval is granted it may be subject to identified conditions of approval. A “Minor Site Development Permit” (“MSP”) does not require public notice or public hearing. An “Administrative Site Development Permit” (“ASP”) requires public notice but does not require a public hearing. Any type of site development permit may granted subject to conditions of approval.
Site Development Permit means the permit issued by the Town Manager authorizing Development or portions thereof in accordance with this Agreement. Among other things, the CC&Rs shall provide that (i) each owner will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of its parcel, including any shared or jointly used facilities, and (ii) the owner of Parcel 2 shall be obligated to pay the owner of Parcel 1 a portion of the total costs of the maintenance, repair and resurfacing of the parking areas on Parcel 1, in the same proportion that the number of parking spaces located on Parcel 1 which the owner of Parcel 2 is entitled to use under the CC&Rs bears to the total number of parking spaces located on Parcel 1. Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of the Approval Date if Landlord obtains the final approval of the City of San Jose xx the Site Development Permit Tenant acknowledges that Landlord makes no representation or warranty of Landlord's ability to obtain the Site Development Permit or the Parcel Map, or the time period within which Landlord may obtain the Site Development Permit or the Parcel Map, and further acknowledges that Landlord may at any time elect not to proceed with seeking any of such approvals. If Landlord elects to discontinue its efforts obtain to the Site Development Permit, Landlord shall so notify Tenant in writing, and the provisions of Section 8 below shall apply.
