Project IPR definition

Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights which result from or otherwise come into existence as a result of the supply of the Services, including any modification, adaptation or enhancement to the Software

Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights created, discovered, or developed in the performance of the Services or development of Products for Apple under the PO, or otherwise created, discovered, or developed using Apple Confidential Information.

Examples of Project IPR in a sentence

• All capitalized terms used in this form are intended to have the meanings given to them in the Project IPR Policy or the Rules of Procedure.

• The development of the Artifacts and Program(s) shall be deemed to be a “Project” under this Project IPR Policy.

• This form is subject to the Intellectual Property Rights Policy approved by Broadband Forum (the "Forum") for use by this Project (the "Project IPR Policy"), and the related Policies and Procedures document of the Forum "Rules of Procedure").

• Except as varied below, the BBF IPR Policy shall apply to this Project and all participants to it to the extent it is applicable to this Project and its deliverable(s), as is referred to herein as the Project IPR Policy.

• In the absence of an alternative definition in this Charter, the definitions in the BBF IPR Policy shall apply to this Project IPR Policy.

More Definitions of Project IPR

Project IPR means any specific technical know-how, confidential information or other Intellectual Property developed pursuant to the Alliance.

Project IPR means Copyrights, Trade Secret Rights and Project Patent Rights, to Project Technology.

Project IPR means any information, data, reports, documents, procedures, forecasts, technology, Know-How and any other Intellectual Property Rights developed during the Grant Period

Project IPR shall have the meaning given to it in clause 8.1.

Project IPR means all IPR developed under this Agreement other than the Deliverables.

Project IPR means all IPR other than the Service Provider IPR, arising as a result of or in connection with the performance of the Services including in any Deliverables, Specifically Written Software, and any proposals, information, data, documents and reports, whether accepted or rejected, which are developed or delivered pursuant to the provision of or relating to the Services;

Project IPR means any IPR developed during and as a result of carrying out the Project.
