Project IPR definition

Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

More Definitions of Project IPR

Project IPR means any specific technical know-how, confidential information or other Intellectual Property developed pursuant to the Alliance.
Project IPR means Copyrights, Trade Secret Rights, Project Patent Rights, to Project Technology.

Project IPR shall have the meaning given to it in clause 8.1.
Project IPR means all IPR developed under this Agreement other than the Deliverables.
