Permit amendment definition

Permit amendment means any of the following:
Permit amendment means that you have an effective air permit for your source, and you need changes made to that permit that do not qualify as a “MODIFICATION of a SOURCE”.

More Definitions of Permit amendment

Permit amendment means a change to an approved mining permit that requires department approval.
