Commercial Development definition

Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
Commercial Development means the development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Assets and the Project Utilities by the Developer on the Site;
Commercial Development means development that contains a commercial land use district of the City of Calgary Land Use Bylaw 1P2007, as amended and replaced from time to time, and may contain an industrial land use district but does not contain a residential land use district;

  • The Licensee shall amend the Commercial Development Plan and Benchmarks at the request of Leidos Biomedical to address any Licensed Fields of Use not specifically addressed in the plan originally submitted.

  • Leidos Biomedical shall not withhold approval of any request of the Licensee to extend the time periods of this schedule if the request is supported by a reasonable showing by the Licensee of diligence in its performance under the Commercial Development Plan and toward bringing the Licensed Products to the point of Practical Application as defined in 37 C.F.R.§404.3(d), or if the modification results from delays outside of Licensee’s reasonable control, such as for safety, efficacy and regulatory issues.

More Definitions of Commercial Development

Commercial Development has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Commercial Property Regulations;
