Zoning Compliance Permit definition

Zoning Compliance Permit or “ZCP” shall mean an administrative permit issued by the town manager authorizing the recipient to make use of existing buildings in accord with the requirements of the Land Use Management Ordinance as of the effective date of this Agreement.
