Project Records definition

Project Records means all administrative and financial records required to be prepared or gathered by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all books, papers, invoices, receipts, accounting records, payroll records, personnel records, designs, plans, reports, financial disclosures, audits, other disclosures, certifications, investigations, videos, work product, and any other documents, data, and records pertaining to this Agreement.
Project Records means all information, materials and data of every kind and character and form (hard copy, as well as computer readable data), including without limitation, records, books, papers, documents, notes, subscriptions, recordings, agreements, purchase orders, leases, contracts, commitments, arrangements, payrolls, subcontractor files, original estimates, Applications for Payment, Change Orders, job cost reports, project notes, daily diaries, superintendent reports, drawings, receipts, vouchers and memoranda, and any and all other agreements, sources of information and matter that may in Owner’s judgment have any bearing on or pertain to any matters, rights, duties or obligations under or covered by the Contract Documents to the extent necessary to adequately permit evaluation and verification of: (a) Contractor compliance with the Contract Documents; (b) compliance with Owner’s business ethics policies; and (c) compliance with provisions for pricing change orders, invoices or claims submitted by the Contractor or his payees.
Project Records means all records relating to the Plant accumulated, prepared or maintained by the Operator per request of or for Owner as part of the Work under this Agreement during the Term, whether prepared on paper, stored electronically, or by any other media.

Examples of Project Records in a sentence

  • Developer and Developer’s agents shall allow City to audit and examine the Project Records and any and all accounting procedures and practices that City reasonably determines are necessary to discover and verify all costs of whatever nature, which are claimed to have been incurred, anticipated to be incurred, or for which a claim for additional compensation or for extra work have been submitted under this Agreement.

  • Transit provider shall comply with Article 13: Project Records and Reports of the Master Grant Agreement requiring procurement and project milestones/ quarterly progress reports.

  • Deliverables: Record Drawings, Punch List, Final Payment, Project Records, and Notice of Completion FEE TKE Engineering, Inc.

  • Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Project Records (defined below) for a period of not less than five (5) years after the date such record is created.

  • At any time during normal business hours, with 48 hours’ advanced notice and as often as the City reasonably deem necessary, Developer shall make available, or shall cause its Prime Contractor or any Subcontractor to make available, to City for examination at the Project site or at such other location in San Diego County, California as is reasonably acceptable to the City all Project Records.


More Definitions of Project Records

Project Records shall consist of all printed or electronic plans, specifications, contracts, reports, notes, or other documents prepared by or for the Municipality or the Selected Developer in connection with the Highway Project. The Municipality shall require copies of all Project Records from the Selected Developer, and shall retain all Project Records for at least four (4) years from the date of MaineDOT’s final acceptance of the Project. If any litigation, claim, negotiation or audit has begun before the end of this four (4) year period, all Project Records shall be kept at least until all action and resolution of all issues arising from it are complete. All Project Records shall be provided to MaineDOT upon request after completion or termination of the Highway Project.
Project Records means the following documents and materials, but only if such documents and materials are related to the Project: Contract Documents, plans and specifications, inspection reports, invoices related to Project Costs, and documents that evidence payment of Project Costs or the basis for such payments. Project Records also means such other documents that (a) are reasonably necessary to evaluate (i) whether the Project has been or is being constructed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement; (ii) whether the certifications that have been made in any Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 0X Payment Request or Convention Center Payment Request are true and correct; (iii) whether Developer is in compliance with Article XIII; (iv) the existence of any Force Majeure Event that Developer asserts exists and the duration of any delay in connection therewith; or (vi) the amount of Project Costs that have been or will be incurred; and
Project Records. MSG will maintain project records including: field log books/daily field reports; boring logs; sample logs; chain-of-custody sheets; equipment calibration records; waste disposal documentation; safety records; and any other project documents, including revisions. All project records will be supplied to DEQ upon request or at the conclusion of the project. Project Records. Project Records shall mean those data and records maintained by Contractor related to the performance of the Work as more particularly set forth in Paragraph G-04.38.
Project Records also means such other documents that (a) are reasonably necessary to evaluate (i) whether the Project has been or is being constructed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement; (ii) whether the certifications that have been made in any Payment Request are true and correct; (iii) the existence of any Force Majeure Event that Developer asserts exists and the duration of any delay in connection therewith; or (vi) the amount of Reimbursable Project Costs that have been incurred.

Project Records has the meaning set forth in the REPA. “Property” has the meaning set forth in the REPA. “Property Seller” has the meaning set forth in the preamble. “Property Seller Parent” has the meaning set forth in the preamble. “Property Work” has the meaning set forth in the TSA. “Property Work Completion Certificate” has the meaning set forth in the TSA. “Purchase and Sale of the Property” has the meaning set forth in the recitals. “Purchase and Sale of the Specified Assets” has the meaning set forth in the recitals. “Purchase Price” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b). “Purchase Price Allocation” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a). “Purchased Assets” has the meaning set forth in the recitals. “Purchased Contract” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a). “Purchaser” has the meaning set forth in the preamble. “Real Property” has the meaning set forth in the REPA. “Recovery” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4. “Refund Amount” has the meaning set forth in the Spartanburg Hosting Termination Agreement. “Releasees” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.8. “REPA” has the meaning set forth in the recitals. “REPA Parties” means, collectively, the “Parties” as that term is defined in the REPA.
