Specified Assets definition

Specified Assets the following property and assets of such Grantor:
Specified Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Specified Assets means non-core assets having an aggregate fair market value (as determined in good faith by the Parent Borrower) that is not in excess of $150,000,000.

Examples of Specified Assets in a sentence

  • A Trust will receive or claim rights to any Specified Assets created by a fork of the relevant Specified Asset’s network that are supported by the Specified Assets custodian and for which the Sponsor determines a suitable secondary market exists to sell such assets.

  • The Sponsor may also disagree with Shareholders, the Specified Assets custodian, other service providers, the Index Provider, cryptocurrency exchanges, or other market participants on what is generally accepted as the appropriate Specified Asset and therefore should be considered for the relevant Trust’s purposes, which may also adversely affect the value of Shares as a result.

  • A Trust intends to disclaim any Specified Assets airdropped to the relevant holders of such Specified Assets.


More Definitions of Specified Assets

Specified Assets means assets used in the operation of the NCR Stations.
Specified Assets means (a) the Ground Transportation Assets, (b) the real property of AvtechTyee, Inc. in Seattle, Washington and the real property of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC in Pinellas Park, Florida and (c) in connection with any Permitted Acquisition, a portion of the assets so acquired that may be identified in an Officers’ Certificate delivered to the Agent at the time of such Permitted Acquisition or promptly thereafter as “Specified Assets”; provided that the Borrower will not so identify any such assets unless, at the time thereof, the Borrower intends to dispose of such assets reasonably promptly following such Permitted Acquisition.

Specified Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).
Specified Assets means non-core assets having an aggregate fair market value (as determined in good faith by the Borrower) that is not in excess of $15,000,000.
Specified Assets means the following assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, whether tangible or intangible, or real, personal or mixed:
Specified Assets means, collectively, the Riverboats and the Barges.
