Examples of Collateral Records in a sentence
If and to the extent the same would in any manner impair the creation, perfection or priority of Lender's security interest in the Collateral, (a) maintain items of Collateral, Records, its chief executive office or residence, or a place of business at a location other than specified in the supplement; or (b) change its name, mailing address, or its legal structure.
Such Grantor's Receivables Records, Contracts and Collateral Records are at the locations identified on Schedule 3.4 hereto as such or at the chief executive office of such Grantor.
Each Grantor also agrees to promptly notify the Lender of any change in the location of any office in which it maintains Collateral Records or any office or facility at which Collateral is located (including the establishment of any such new office or facility).
All Collateral Records of the Grantors are maintained at or accessible from the locations set forth in Item A of Schedule II.
