Project Data definition

Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;
Project Data means data that is first produced in the performance of this Agreement.

Examples of Project Data in a sentence

  • Contractor shall have a continuing duty to read, carefully examine, and compare each of the Contract Documents, the Shop Drawings and the Project Data and shall provide written notice to County of any inconsistency, ambiguity, error, or omission which Contractor may discover with respect to these documents before proceeding with the Work.

  • The issuance or the express or implied approval by County of the Contract Documents, Shop Drawings, Project Data, or Samples shall not relieve Contractor of its continuing duties imposed hereby, nor shall any approval be evidence of Contractor's compliance with this contract.

  • The Design-Builder must obtain, pay all premiums for and maintain, or cause to be obtained, paid and maintained, the following types of insurance policies to the extent indicated, and with the minimum limits and special conditions specified, in Schedule A (Project Data Sheet) (collectively, the “Insurance Policies”).

  • The insurance must provide coverage for the Design-Builder or Subcontractor (whichever is doing this Work) and for Corporation (together with its officers and employees) and any other entity specified in Schedule A (Project Data Sheet) as an Additional Insured for bodily injury and property damage arising from marine operations under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Project Data

Project Data means all proprietary data of the PROJECT generated out of PROJECT operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data in the context of providing the Services to the users in accordance with the requirements of the RFP.
Project Data. Data that is first produced in the performance of this Agreement by the Principal investigator or the University’s project personnel. Project Data does not include a researcher’s laboratory notebook, but does include Project Data contained therein.

Project Data means all information obtained from the processing of GENENTECH Proprietary Material in a particular Research Project, including QC data, expression data, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and any other information obtained or generated by CURAGEN in the performance of the Research Project relating to such Licensed Clone.
