Seller will furnish copies of the Receivables Records to Purchaser upon request and allow Purchaser and its representatives reasonable access to such documents.
Such Grantor's Receivables Records, Contracts and Collateral Records are at the locations identified on Schedule 3.4 hereto as such or at the chief executive office of such Grantor.
