Except as expressly provided in this Master Agreement, the Property Agreements, the XXXXX Xxxxx Agreement and the respective exhibits and attachments thereto, the property acquired by BNSF relating to the Project will not be conveyed subject to restrictions of any kind, except for Permitted Restrictions.
