Secured Notes Documents means, collectively, the Secured Notes, the Secured Notes Indenture, each other Security Document (as defined in the Secured Notes Indenture), and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith (including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security documents).

Secured Notes Documents means collectively, the following (as the same now exist or may hereunder be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement): (a) the Secured Notes Indenture; (b) the Secured Notes, and (b) all other Notes Documents (as defined in the Secured Notes Indenture).

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this security agreement, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this security agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement or any other Collateral Document and the provisions of the Senior Secured Notes Documents, the terms of this security agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and the other Collateral Documents shall prevail.
