To Litigate Sample Clauses

The "To Litigate" clause establishes the parties' right or obligation to resolve disputes through formal legal proceedings in a court of law. This clause typically specifies that, in the event of a disagreement or breach of contract, the parties may initiate a lawsuit rather than relying solely on alternative dispute resolution methods like arbitration or mediation. Its core practical function is to clarify the forum for dispute resolution, ensuring both parties understand that litigation is an available or required option for settling conflicts arising from the agreement.
