Use of Funds. The program funds shall only be used for providing meals for eligible low-income residents to reduce the impact of COVID-19. FUNDING: The City has budgeted COVID-19 relief funds for the City Meals Program.
Use of Funds means distribution of proceeds of Loan or payments made in behalf of Borrow or for the benefit of Borrow by the Lender collectively and set forth in Section 2.2.
Use of Funds. The Sponsor is serving as the fiscal sponsor for the Project for receipt of donor-advised contributions. The Project understands that the Sponsor has final authority over the selection and allocation of these funds.

Use of Funds means the expenditure of funds by an LSC recipient.
Use of Funds. Unless otherwise approved by Lender, Borrower shall use the proceeds of the Mortgage Loan solely for the purchase of, or repayment of existing debt encumbering, the Properties, and for the payment of costs incurred in connection with this transaction and other costs and expenses.
Use of Funds. The funds provided pursuant to this grant and any income earned thereon may be spent only in accordance with the provisions of your funding request and budget as submitted to the TREE Fund and as outlined in the grant award letter. Any variation in the project or budget must be submitted to and approved in writing by the TREE Fund. No funds provided by the TREE Fund may be used for any political campaign or to support attempts to influence legislation of any governmental body other than through making available the results of non-partisan analysis, study and research. Use of Funds. City agrees to use the Funds solely for the purpose of filling potholes in the City. City agrees that the potholes will be filled no later than [Date]. City will provide CPB with the total number of potholes that will be filled using the Funds. Materials/Usage: City agrees to film or photograph at least two (2) of the potholes before and after they are filled and provide the film/photographs (collectively, the “Images”) to CPB for Domino’s use. City agrees that Domino’s may use the Images, may identify the City as an “official partner” of the Paving for Pizza Program and may indicate that Domino’s provided the City with Funds to fill potholes in the City, in any and all media and materials, anywhere in the world, for any lawful purpose, including without limitation for purposes of advertising and trade, in perpetuity, in connection with Domino’s “Paving for Pizza” campaign. Messaging: Domino’s agrees that messaging or other materials that reference the City and potholes and/or the Paving for Pizza Program (collectively, the “Materials”): (a) will not portray the City in a negative light, nor will the Materials suggest that the City has difficulty filling potholes or has an excessive number of potholes; and (b) will comply with brand protection or compliance guidelines provided by the City to CPB. Accordingly, Agency will provide the Materials to the City for its review so that the City may confirm that the Materials comply with this “Messaging” provision. City agrees that the City will respond to any Agency request for review of Materials within five (5) business days of receipt of the applicable Materials. If the City believes that any Materials do not comply with this “Messaging” provision, the City agrees to explain its reasons for this belief in writing and with specificity. If the City does not respond withint five (5) business days of Agency’es request for review, the applicable Materials will be deemed in compliaince with this “Messaging” provision.
Use of Funds. The Sponsor, as an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as amended, retains control and discretion over the funds and ensures use of the funds for section 501(c)(3) purposes by limiting distributions to the support of specific activities that are in furtherance of its own exempt purposes. Within these parameters, Sponsor authorizes the Project to make expenditures on its behalf for use in the Project per approved Budget (Exhibit A). The Project shall adopt appropriate expense authorization and documentation for payments and withdrawals from the Restricted Fund in accordance with Funder-approved budgets, use any and all funds received from the Sponsor solely for legitimate expenses of the Project and account fully to the Sponsor for the disbursement of these funds. The Sponsor will pay for the Project's direct expenses, such as salary and benefits for staff, out of contributions received on behalf of the Project. Neither party shall spend or otherwise obligate Sponsor to pay for an amount or amounts exceeding the balance of the Project’s funds, nor shall either party authorize or permit anyone to do so. Sponsor retains the unilateral right to spend such funds so as to accomplish the purposes of the Project as nearly as possible within Sponsor's sole judgment, subject to any more specific donor-imposed restrictions, on the charitable use of such assets. Because the Restricted Fund is held under the charitable trust doctrine for the purposes of the Project as understood by and with funding sources, the parties intend that assets in the Restricted Fund are not subject to the claims of any creditor or to legal process resulting from activities of Sponsor unrelated to the Project.
Use of Funds for meals, gifts and parties means the use of money in any of the general accounts of the district. This includes the general fund, grant funds, food service fund and others. Generally, it also includes money in the student body funds held at each school that are derived from any student activity or from parent organizations. Exceptions are funds collected from staff members for the specific purpose of providing gifts or parties. It is recognized that common practice is for buildings to have a “social fund” or “sunshine fund” that each staff member contributes to. These funds are usually used for birthday recognition, bereavement and illness acknowledgment and others.
