The DIP Orders. None of the Borrower Parties shall, and none will permit any of its Subsidiaries to, make or permit to be made any change, amendment or modification, or any application or motion for any change, amendment or modification, to the Interim Order or the Final Order, other than as approved by the Agent at the direction of the Majority Lenders.
