Negative Balance. A Unitholder shall not have any obligation to the Company or to any other Unitholder to restore any negative balance in the Capital Account of such Unitholder.

Negative Balance for CFD trading shall mean the total negative financial amount in the Client Trading Account owed by the Client to the Company.
Negative Balance. Each time you initiate a transaction using your Account, you authorize the Bank to reduce the funds available in your Account by the amount of the transaction and all associated fees. You are not allowed to exceed the available amount in your Account through an individual transaction or a series of transactions (creating a “negative balance”). Nevertheless, if any transaction causes the balance in your Account to go negative, including any purchase transactions where the retailer or merchant does not request authorization, you shall remain fully liable to us for the amount of any negative balance and any corresponding transaction fees. You may also be liable for any related Insufficient Funds/NSF Fee(s) as set forth in Exhibit 1. We reserve the right to bill you for any negative balance or to recoup such negative balance from your Account or any other account you have at the Bank. You agree to pay us promptly for the negative balance and any related fees. We also reserve the right to terminate your Account if you create one or more negative balances. If you fail to pay us amounts owed under this Agreement, we may refer your Account, and collection of amounts owed, to a collection agency.
Negative Balance. When a Negative Balance occurs, XXXXX has the right to offset future compensation owed to PROVIDER or Participating Provider with the amount owed to XXXXX and the right to xxxx PROVIDER or Participating Provider for such Negative Balance(s). XXXXX will automatically, when possible, apply the Negative Balance to other outstanding payables on PROVIDER’s account. In some instances it may be necessary for XXXXX to send an invoice to PROVIDER for outstanding Negative Balance(s). The PROVIDER is responsible to remit payment to XXXXX upon receipt of invoice. XXXXX retains the right to seek assistance from various collection agencies and/or to suspend or permanently terminate PROVIDER from further participation in XXXXX’ network in accordance with the suspension and termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. A Negative Balance shall not mean an Overpayment as defined herein.

Stale and Post-Dated Items Stale-Dated Items: We maintain the option, at our discretion, to either pay or dishonor any stale-dated item (that is, a check presented more than six months after the date of the check) upon presentation to LGFCU. We may pay the item, at our discretion, unless a stop payment order issued by the account holder was in effect. Post-Dated Items: You agree that we will not be liable to you for charging your account before the indicated date on a properly payable but post-dated item unless you give us prior notice that you have issued a post-dated item and you would like to issue a stop payment order for the item. Stopping Payment on Checks You may request a stop payment order on any check drawn on your account. If the account is a joint account, any joint owner can stop payment of any item drawn on the account.
