Interconnection Feasibility Study Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Appendix 2 of the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Interconnection Feasibility Study. Interconnection Request shall mean a Developer’s request, in the form of Appendix 1 to the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures, in accordance with the Tariff, to interconnect a new Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System, or to increase the capacity of, or make a material modification to the operating characteristics of, an existing Large Generating Facility that is interconnected with the New York State Transmission System. Interconnection Study shall mean any of the following studies: the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study, and the Interconnection Facilities Study described in the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures.
Interconnection Feasibility Study Agreement means a contract between the applicant and the interconnecting Public Utility that provides a scope, timeline and a good faith, non-binding estimate of the costs for the Public Utility to conduct an Interconnection Feasibility Study for the Applicant. An Interconnection Feasibility Study Agreement will follow the standard form agreement developed by the Public Utility and approved by the Commission.

The Interconnection Feasibility Study Agreement shall specify that Interconnection Customer is responsible for the actual cost of the Interconnection Feasibility Study.
Within five (5) Business Days following the Scoping Meeting Interconnection Customer shall specify for inclusion in the attachment to the Interconnection Feasibility Study Agreement the Point(s) of Interconnection and any reasonable alternative Point(s) of Interconnection.
