Interconnection Request. This Section 3 shall not apply to any proposed modifications by Interconnection Customer to its facilities for which Interconnection Customer must make an Interconnection Request under the Tariff. In such circumstances, the Interconnection Customer and Transmission Provider shall follow the requirements of Subpart A of Part IV of the Tariff.
Interconnection Request. The Interconnection Customer’s request, in accordance with the Tariff, to interconnect a new Small Generating Facility, or to materially increase the capacity of, or make a material modification to the operating characteristics of, an existing Small Generating Facility that is interconnected with the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. For the purposes of this Agreement, this definition of Interconnection Request shall supersede the definition of Interconnection Request set out in Attachment X to the ISO OATT. Interconnection Study – Any study required to be performed under Sections 32.2 or 32.3 of the SGIP. Material Modification – A modification that has a material impact on the cost or timing of any Interconnection Request with a later queue priority date. New York State Transmission System – The entire New York State electric transmission system, which includes: (i) the Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control; (ii) the Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification; and (iii) all remaining transmission facilities within the New York Control Area. NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard – The standard that must be met, unless otherwise provided for by Attachment S to the ISO OATT, by (i) any generation facility larger than 2MW in order for that facility to obtain XXXX; (ii) any Class Year Transmission Project proposing to interconnect to the New York State Transmission System and receive Unforced Capacity Delivery Rights; (iii) any entity requesting External XXXX Rights, and (iv) any entity requesting a XXXX transfer pursuant to Section 25.9.5 of Attachment S to the ISO OATT. Interconnection Request. 1.3.1 The Interconnection Customer shall submit its Interconnection Request to the Utility, and the Utility shall notify the Interconnection Customer confirming receipt of the Interconnection Request within three (3) Business Days of receiving the Interconnection Request. Interconnection Request. The Interconnection Customer shall submit its Interconnection Request to the Utility, together with the non-refundable processing fee or deposit specified in the Interconnection Request. The Interconnection Request shall be date- and time- stamped upon receipt. The original date- and time-stamp applied to the Interconnection Request at the time of its original submission shall be accepted as the qualifying date- and time-stamp for the purposes of any timetable in these procedures. The Utility shall notify the Interconnection Customer of receipt within three Business Days of receiving the Interconnection Request. The Utility shall notify the Interconnection Customer within ten Business Days of the receipt of the Interconnection Request as to whether the Interconnection Request is complete or incomplete. If the Interconnection Request is incomplete, the Utility shall provide, along with notice that the Interconnection Request is incomplete, a written list detailing all information that must be provided to complete the Interconnection Request. The Interconnection Customer will have ten Business Days after receipt of the notice to submit the listed information or to request an extension of time to provide such information. If the Interconnection Customer does not provide the listed information or a request for an extension of time within the deadline, the Interconnection Request will be deemed withdrawn. An Interconnection Request will be deemed complete upon submission of the listed information to the Utility.
