Electric Utility. An entity or lawful association which (i) is a public utility, Independent Power Producer, or Power Marketer regulated under applicable state law or the Federal Power Act, or (ii) is exempted from such regulation under the Federal Power Act because it is the United States, a State or any political subdivision thereof or an agency of any of the foregoing, or a Rural Utilities Service cooperative, or (iii) is a public utility, Independent Power Producer, or Power Marketer located in Canada or Mexico that is similarly regulated.
Electric Utility. 403 EATS shall provide access to a 50amp and a 20amp electrical plug to the Lessee which the Lessee can stay connected to per the Xxxxxx County Public Health Environmental Health Services. Lessee will not be charged an additional electrical usage fee as it is included in the Daily Rent.

Electric Utility. An "electric utility," "electric utility holding company" or a combination thereof, as such terms are used in 18 C.F.R.ss.292.206 or any successor provision, any Subsidiary of any of the foregoing, or any other Person in which any of the foregoing holds an interest which, if such Person owned a Class A Interest, would be deemed to result in any portion of such Class A Interest being held by any of the foregoing. Electric Utility. Any holder of the Class A Interests shall not become an Electric Utility or take any other action that would violate any Project's QF status for as long as the Company owns any direct or indirect interest in any QF. Any such holder of Class A Interests who breaches the foregoing restriction shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and the other holders of Interests from any losses, costs, damages (including consequential damages), expenses and liabilities resulting from such breach, including, without limitation, any liability to holders of Class B Interests resulting from the application of the provisions of Section 9.4 hereof as a result of such breach.

The beginning meter reading as of the Effective Date of this Agreement is ____ . By written notice pursuant hereto a party may from time to time specify a person in lieu of the person designated in ARTICLE XX.A. above to receive notices or writings with respect to specified matter(s) and/or geographic area(s), in which case such notices or writings shall be sent to that person as to such matter(s) and area(s).
