Interconnection Studies means the studies conducted by the utility, or a third party agreed to by the utility and the Interconnection Customer, in order to determine the interaction of the Small Generating Facility with the utility system and the affected systems in order to specify any modifications to the Small Generating Facility or the electric systems studied to ensure safe and reliable operation of the Small Generating Facility in parallel with the utility system.

Interconnection Studies means any of the studies defined in the Tariff or any PTO’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the PTO’s electric grid.

Interconnection Studies means the necessary studies, identified in Paragraph 8.2.2, in the event it becomes necessary to modify the INTERCONNECTION FACILITY or to construct new or additional facilities, NIAGARA MOHAWK shall perform those studies that, in the judgement of NIAGARA MOHAWK, are necessary to determine (a) an appropriate INTERCONNECTION POINT (b) the equipment and facilities necessary and desirable for the construction and operation of new or additional or modified facilities (c) the interconnection voltage (d) the estimated costs of facilities and/or the costs for NIAGARA MOHAWK'S design, review, assistance and inspection of facilities to be designed and constructed by PRODUCER (e) the costs of any new reinforcements to or additions of new facilities to NIAGARA MOHAWK'S TRANSMISSION SYSTEM required or recommended to be made in order for NIAGARA MOHAWK to interconnect with PRODUCER'S PRODUCTION FACILITY.

Interconnection Studies means the studies performed by or on behalf of EPE pursuant to an interconnection request by Generator which have determined the design, specifications and cost estimate for the Interconnected Facilities and any Interconnection System Upgrades required to accommodate the interconnection of the Facility.
