Interconnection Study. 8.3.1. The Interconnection Study Process shall be used by a Customer proposing to interconnect its certified Customer- owned renewable generation, in those instances in which such system did not pass the Fast Track Screens.
Interconnection Study. (i) For Interconnection Requests processed under the Cluster Study Process described in the GIDAP, any of the following: the Phase I Interconnection Study conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO, the reassessment of the Phase I Interconnection Study Base Case conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO prior to the commencement of the Phase II Interconnection Study, or the Phase II Interconnection Study conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO, pursuant to the GIDAP.
Interconnection Study. 4.1.1 Niagara Mohawk has conducted an Interconnection Study and furnished a complete report dated July 29, 2004, attached hereto as Exhibit B, under a separate Support Services Agreement. Producer agrees to reimburse Niagara Mohawk for the costs of any and all repairs or upgrades Niagara Mohawk must make to the Interconnection Facility, as outlined in the Report. Niagara Mohawk agrees that when such repairs or upgrades of the Interconnection Facility are completed, as may be required by the Report, the Interconnection Facility will be 8 in general compliance with Electrical System Bulletin No. 756, as may be updated from time to time. Producer agrees to comply with the Interconnection Study.
Interconnection Study. Any study required to be performed under Sections 2 or 3 of the SGIP.
Interconnection Study. 4.1.1 Exhibit A to this Agreement shall separately identify the Interconnection Facilities associated with the existing delivery point and the Interconnection Facilities associated with the new delivery point. The Interconnection Facilities and the Upgrades associated with the new delivery point shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the Interconnection Study performed by National Grid pursuant to this Agreement and in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The provisions of this Agreement addressing the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades shall apply to the Interconnection Facilities and the Upgrades associated with the new delivery point.
Interconnection Study. 3.1 NATIONAL GRID has prepared at PRODUCER'S expense, the studies necessary to determine the interconnection plan.
Interconnection Study. 4.1.1 Exhibit A to this Agreement shall separately identify the Interconnection Facilities associated with the existing Delivery Points and the Interconnection Facilities associated with any new, modified, or upgraded delivery point. The Interconnection Facilities and the Upgrades associated with any new, modified, or upgraded Delivery Point shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the Interconnection Study performed by National Grid pursuant to this Agreement and in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Certain provisions of this Article IV relating to Modifications shall apply only if Modifications are made to the Interconnection Facilities, National Grid Transmission System or Solvay System after the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Interconnection Study shall be included as Exhibit B, hereto. The provisions of this Agreement addressing the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades shall apply to the Interconnection Facilities and the Upgrades associated with any new, modified, or upgraded Delivery Point.
Interconnection Study. 3.1. NATIONAL GRID has performed at INTERCONNECTION CUSTOMER’S expense, those studies necessary to determine the equipment and facilities necessary and desirable for the construction and operation of the INTERCONNECTION FACILITY, which studies are attached hereto as Schedule B.
Interconnection Study. Any of the following studies: the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the Interconnection System Impact Study, and the Interconnection Facilities Study described in the Standard Small Generator Interconnection Procedures. Interconnection Study shall not include a CNR Group Study.
Interconnection Study. 3.1 NIAGARA MOHAWK has performed the interconnection study (hereinafter referred to as the “INTERCONNECTION STUDY”) which is attached hereto as Schedule B. PRODUCER understands, as stated in Schedule B, that additional power system stabilizers may be required on other generating units in the Oswego area pending the design of a power system stabilizer on the PRODUCTION FACILITY.
