Interconnection Service definition

Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Interconnection Customer expressly agrees that the Interconnected Transmission Owner(s) shall be entitled to take such legal recourse as it deems appropriate against Interconnection Customer for the payment of any Costs or charges authorized under this ISA or the Tariff with respect to Interconnection Service for which Interconnection Customer fails, in whole or in part, to pay as provided in this ISA, the Tariff and/or the Operating Agreement.

  • Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Service Agreement.

More Definitions of Interconnection Service

Interconnection Service means the service provided by the Transmission Service Provider associated with interconnecting the generating facility to the transmission system and enabling it to receive electric energy and capacity from the generating facility at the point of interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the generator interconnection agreement and, if applicable, the tariff.
Interconnection Service means the services provided by Seller to interconnect the Purchased Assets with the T&D System, such services being at least equivalent to that which the Seller currently provides to the Purchased Assets.
