Interconnection Application definition

Interconnection Application means the notice (which will serve as the Notice of Intent to Interconnect under 220 C.M.R. §§ 8.00 et seq. when required) provided by Interconnecting Customer to the Company in the form shown in Exhibits A and C which initiates the interconnection process.
Interconnection Application means the request by an Interconnection Customer to interconnect a new Generating Facility, or to increase the capacity or make a material modification to the operating characteristics of an existing Generating Facility that is interconnected with the Utility’s System.
Interconnection Application or “Application” means a form of interconnection application approved by the Commission which is applicable to Interconnection Requests pertaining to DGFs. Interconnection Application means the request by an Interconnection Customer to interconnect a new Generating Facility, or to increase the capacity or make a material modification to the operating characteristics of an existing Generating Facility that is interconnected with the Utility's System.
