Examples of DER Facility in a sentence

  • Contracts for service shall be where part or all of the electrical requirements of the Customer are provided by the Customer’s on-premise DER Facility and where the Customer’s DER Facility is connected for Parallel Operation with the Company’s Distribution System.

  • If SRP has reason to believe that operation of the DER Facility poses a risk to the SRP Distribution System, SRP’s personnel or the general public, SRP may require Customer to test the DER Facility and provide SRP the results in writing, irrespective of periodic testing of equipment that may be required or has been completed.

  • For DER Facilities where the PoC is made between the Company’s service meter and the Customer’s primary service disconnect(s), the disconnect may be a lockable fused disconnect that is the Customer’s service disconnect for the DER Facility.

  • If the Company approves the formation of an Intentional Island involving a portion of the Area EPS and the Customer’s DER Facility, the technical and operational requirements will be included in the DER Interconnection Agreement.

  • The Applicant shall build the DER Facility in accordance with the Company-approved design, Application approval documents and the project schedule.

  • If Customer intends to sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the Premises (including the DER Facility), then prior to the effective date of the transfer, Customer must notify the prospective transferee that, as a condition of receiving electric service from SRP, and in order to interconnect with the SRP Distribution System and to receive any buyback service benefits (if applicable), the purchaser must sign SRP’s then-current version of the applicable Distribution Interconnection Agreement.

  • In choosing to install the DER Facility, Customer is relying solely on its own judgment and the representations of third parties not affiliated with SRP.

  • The Customer DER Facility shall be appropriately sized at or less than the Customer’s anticipated electric load requirements.

Related to DER Facility

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV.
