DER Facility definition

DER Facility means (a) a Generation Facility; and/or (b) a Storage Facility and for greater certainty, includes a Net Metered Generation Facility, a Load Displacement Facility and Embedded Generation Facility but does not include an Emergency Backup Generation Facility;
DER Facility has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
DER Facility means the single or aggregated Energy Storage Facility paired with and charged exclusively from a Renewable Facility further described in Exhibit A.

Examples of DER Facility in a sentence

  • Contracts for service shall be where part or all of the electrical requirements of the Customer are provided by the Customer’s on-premise DER Facility and where the Customer’s DER Facility is connected for Parallel Operation with the Company’s Distribution System.

  • The DER Facility shall be installed, maintained and modified in accordance with the requirements of the local AHJ, NEC and SRP.

  • The lease must specify the installation address and size (kW-DC) of the DER Facility.

Related to DER Facility

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.
