Electric distribution system – The facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks that transport bulk power over longer distances.
Electric distribution system has the same meaning as the term Area EPS, as defined in 3.1.6.1 of IEEE Standard 1547.
PGE shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for permitting or continuing to allow an attachment of the Solar Facility to its Electric distribution system, or for the acts or omissions of Participant that cause loss or injury, including death, to any third party.
