Clause 13.1 - The AUTHORIZEE shall permit, facilitate, make available and effect the interconnection between its network and the networks of other carriers of telecommunications services, under a public or private system, upon request of the latter, subject to the regulations and, particularly, to the General Interconnection Regulations approved by Resolution 40, dated July 23, 1998.
