Interconnection Regulations definition

Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).

• Further, if such audit reveals that DPO’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform does not meet requirements specified under Schedule III of Interconnection Regulations, then Broadcaster may disconnect signals of the Subscribed Channels to DPO after giving 3 (three) weeks’ written notice to DPO.

Interconnection Regulations means any interconnection regulations, rules or guidelines that may be issued by PTA from time to time;“Letter of Acceptance” means the letter described in section 53.3 of this RFA;
