Hub Locations definition

Hub Locations means each of Atlanta (ATL), Cincinnati (CVG), Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX), New York-Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx (JFK), New York-LaGuardia (LGA), Memphis (MEM), Minneapolis (MSP) and Salt Lake City (SLC) and any other airport which has an average fifty (50) or more departures per day that are operated by Delta or one or more Delta Connection Carriers under the Designator. If any Hub Location has an average of fewer than fifty (50) departures per day that are operated by Delta or one or more Delta Connection Carrier under the Designator, such Hub Location shall not be considered a Hub Location for purposes of this Agreement until such Hub Location returns to having an average fifty (50) or more departures per day that are operated by Delta or one or more Delta Connection Carrier under the Designator.

Related to Hub Locations

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.
