Damp Mop Sample Clauses
The 'Damp Mop' clause defines the requirements and procedures for cleaning floors using a damp mop method. Typically, this clause specifies the types of surfaces to be cleaned, the frequency of cleaning, and any restrictions on cleaning agents or water usage to prevent damage to flooring materials. For example, it may require that only approved cleaning solutions be used and that excess water is avoided to protect wood or laminate floors. The core function of this clause is to ensure that floors are maintained in a clean and safe condition while preventing damage from improper cleaning techniques.
