Governmental Requirements. The Provider warrants and represents that it will comply with all governmental ordinances, laws and regulations.
Governmental Requirements. The term “Governmental Requirements” means all laws, rules, standards, specifications and requirements of all Governmental Authorities applicable to the development of the Subdivision or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loans.

Any Collateral constituting real (immovable) property is in compliance with all current governmental requirements affecting such property, including, without limitation, all current coastal zone protection, zoning and land use regulations, building codes and all restrictions and requirements imposed by applicable governmental authorities with respect to the construction of any improvements on such property and the contemplated use of such property.
