State Location definition

State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.
State Location means any State occupied structure.

Examples of State Location in a sentence

  • Time period(s) will not apply where Contractor does not have access to a physical State Location and where access to the State Location is necessary for problem identification and resolution.

  • If a Deliverable includes installation at a State Location, then Contractor must (1) perform any applicable testing, (2) correct all material deficiencies discovered during the quality assurance activities and testing, and (3) inform the State that the Deliverable is in a suitable state of readiness for the State’s review and approval.
