Fixed location definition

Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.
Fixed location means a place of business where the seller or an agent, servant, employee, or solicitor of that seller primarily engages in the sale of goods or services of the same kind as would be sold at the residence of a buyer.

Fixed location means a being permanently affixed to one (1) location or plant site that is used, or intended to be used, for an extended or indefinite period of time for spaceport activities or for manufacturing, processing, compounding, or producing items of tangible personal property for sale.
